About Us
Born out of Victoria, BC, LIINKS is the creative partnership between vocalist Georgia Murray and producer Tony Day (aka DWHIZ). Together they create emotionally charged alternative pop infused with trip-hop-inspired beats, nostalgic electronic textures, and organic instrumentation.
LIINKS have amassed millions of streams online and achieved Top 40 radio success in both Canada and South Korea. The duo have collaborated with acclaimed artists including Travis Barker and Bob Ezrin. Their music has been featured across major platforms including Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Disney+, Nickelodeon, and Paramount+. Notably, LIINKS were commissioned to create an original composition for Nickelodeon’s iconic character Face, featured in Face’s Summertime Jam on Paramount+, while Georgia recently performed the theme song for season 3 of Chucky on Peacock.
As a songwriter, Georgia works extensively in the electronic music space as a top-line writer and vocalist, collaborating with respected electronic artists including Spor, Jay Robinson, The Funk Hunters, Ephwurd, and Krafty Kuts, with releases on labels such as mau5trap and Axtone Records. In the K-pop world, she co-wrote I'm Home by EXO, which has surpassed 15 million streams on YouTube and was the #1 trending music video worldwide upon release. She has also worked with mega K Pop label SM Entertainment, as well as D.N.A (Dragons Never Afraid), the music alliance and label founded by Chinese superstar Lay Zhang. Georgia and Tony also co-wrote “Swing” for Hyori Lee, which reached #1 on South Korea’s Circle Chart and was part of a widely publicized plagiarism case at the time (ask them about it!).
Tony is also an accomplished producer, songwriter, engineer, and DJ, with a background in club residencies and commercial radio. In addition to producing and writing for LIINKS, he has co written and produced for artists including Dimitris Graham, a finalist on both American Idol and The Voice, as well as viral creator and artist Lilianna Wilde and xoxoMyah.
Together, LIINKS continue to establish themselves as sought-after creators and performers with a sound that bridges underground credibility and crossover appeal.
